    A child in the neonatal pathology department of the Children's City Clinical Hospital with megaureters, a follow-up ultrasound scan was prescribed in the department.

    On ultrasound, one of the kidneys has a shape of a bladder with urine - hydronephrotic transformation. The wall of the bladder has an uneven inner contour like polypoid growths.
