An infant girl came to the ED of children city hospital with suspicion of a strangulated inguinal hernia with an ovary in the hernia and was sent for an ultrasound of the inguinal region.
On ultrasound in the inguinal region there is a cyst-like lesion, both ovaries are visualized in typical places.
