Infant in intensive care after surgery - abdominal cavity cyst removal (intraoperative: ovarian cyst), aimed to ultrasound for free fluid in the abdominal cavity.
At ultrasound in the projection of postoperative sutures, visualized abdominal mass in cross section looks like target (infiltrate?), surgeon suspects that it is hematoma.
