  Isolated spleen calcification
#1

Child 9 years-old without complaints, without history (just arrived from the one of North Caucasus republics), the pediatrician sent him for an ultrasound of the kidneys (perhaps something in the urine analysis?)

On US kidney and liver is unremarkable, but the spleen is diffuse uniform due to hyperechoic lesions of different sizes, small (several mm) with a comet tail artifact, large (about 1 cm) give an acoustic shadow (calcifications? TB?).

Recommended consultation of hematologist and infectionist.
