Condition after left orchiopexy

    Child 9 years-old after left orchiopexy / cryptorchidism aimed to control ultrasonography of the scrotum, the data of previous ultrasound after the surgery is absent.

    At US the left testicle round-shaped, near it there is two hypoechoic lesions with victory sign (deformed epididymis? LN?), with blood flow at CFM.

    At the request of the parents inspected the kidneys, revealed minor pielectasis on both sides, at one side is clearly visible double linear structure (crossing vessel/pyelovasal conflict).
