Acute epididymitis

    A teenager of 12 years with complaints about the enlargement and redness of hemiscrotum yesterday.

    The head of the epididymis is enlarged, at CFM with increased blood flow (epididymitis?), near there is an oval-shaped appendage to 9mm, with blood flow at CFM. Around testis about 10 ml of fluid with multiple septums (pyocele?).
