#1

Child of 9 years-old aimed from surgeon at US with suspected inguinal-scrotal hernia on the right.

By the words of the child he noticed when washed, that one half of the scrotum become larger.

    Visually, the right hemiscrotum larger.

At US in the supine position right testicle moved down by anechoic oval-shaped lesion (cyst of spermatic cord?), in standing position visualized a half-moon sign(crescent), echopositive content without blood flow at CFM continues in the inguinal canal (diameter about 13 mm) and abdominal cavity, in the end of this bunch in the abdominal cavity is visualized enlarged rigid(non-compressable) vermiform appendix (7 mm in diameter).
