A child has been observed for several years for a combined aortic valve disease within a bicuspid valve: stenosis of 1st degree, PG 28 mm Hg, insufficiency of 1-2nd degree.

At current EchoCG, the gradient on AC is 10 mm Hg, AVA is 2.2 cm2, insufficiency is 1 degree. eccentric jet up to 1/3 of the diameter of the LVOT, which is clearly visible in sections along the short axis.
