  Tubular Ectasia of the Rete Testis		#1

    Teenager 13 years-old with complaints of enlarged hemiscrotum.

    On ultrasound there is a hydrocele with debris on the side of enlargement, also in both testes there is a single small looks-like a complex cysts (rete testis).
