  Cyst of spermatic cord
#1

A 1-year-old child was admitted to the emergency department of a children' s hospital with suspicion of a strangulated inguinal hernia, was sent for an ultrasound.

On ultrasound, the testicles are located in the scrotum. In the right inguinal region, in the projection of the inguinal canal in the supine / standing position, there is an anechoic oval shape lesion with septum, and size of 5x2cm, at the CFM without blood flow(cyst of spermatic cord?).
