A child 14 years old a few days ago was in the some children' s hospital with suspected acute appendicitis then was discharged and at the same day hospitalized again with the same suspicion in another children' s hospital.

At US the appendix is not visualized, the bladder is filled, the uterus anterior, normal size, M-echo to 12mm, the ovaries: right up to 5 cm, with the lesion type of complex cyst or two cysts 3x2 cm and 2x2 cm with an unclear margins, separated by a septum(belt buckle sign), with blood flow in the periphery of the ovary at CFM(hemorrhagic cysts? etc.?), left ovary without features.

Free fluid in the abdominal cavity is not visualized.
