A cyst in the left lower quadrant
#1

Child 6 years old with suspected appendicitis, complaints about pain in the right iliac region.

    Vermiform appendix is normal.

Uterus is anteriorly and to the right, M-echo is not visualized, the left ovary has normal structure and size, right ovary in a typical place is not visualized.

In the lower left quadrant of the abdomen visualized the cyst size of 6-7 cm, in the CFM circulation along the contour of the cyst, from cyst to the uterus can be traced soft-tissues cord with the bloodstream at CFM(a torsion of the right ovary?).
