    Newborn with heart murmur on auscultation aims to control ultrasound of the heart, previous ultrasound revealed no pathology.

    At echocardiography in the projection of the right ventricle outflow tract visualized narrowing to 5.5 mm portion of the pulmonary artery, in the continuous-wave doppler mode in this region: Vmax up to 1.9 m/s and a PGmax about 14 mm Hg
