    Tall, pumped up (athlete) teenager was sent for EchoCG to the public clinic from the military registration and enlistment office, the last medical examination was 2 years ago with the conclusion: AI 1st. Myocardial dystrophy. S-m of an early repolarization of the ventricles.

    Before the study: AP 134/69 mm Hg, heart rate 77 bpm.

    EchoCG shows moderate asymmetric left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) up to 15 mm in the anterior LV (PSAX), Venturi effect (adhesion of PSMC to IVS or SAM - Systolic Anterior Motion), eccentric aortic regurgitation stage 1-2, EDV 73 ml, LVM 147 g (PLAX) , EF 65%.
