  Is it safe to puncture?
#1

The child 1 years old, parents complained about the appearance of the mass on the border of the distal third of the forearm and the proximal portion of the wrist on the inner surface proximal m. abductor pollicis brevis.

On US an / hypoechoic lesion with an unclear border about 1 cm in diameter, on the CFM without reliable signs of blood flow, but posterior to lesion, even in the grayscale, is seen the magistral vessel, pulsating in the CFM - presumably the arteria radialis.
