    The teenager came to the clinic, according to the words, about 3 years ago, there was a furuncle on her neck, but she did not go to the doctors. At this moment, she was referred by a surgeon for an ultrasound of the soft tissues of the neck. On palpation: in the area of the lower jaw angle, there is a dense, movable, painless lesion up to 2 x 0.5 cm. On ultrasound, a lesion with an uneven fuzzy contour, a pronounced acoustic shadow, without blood flow at CFM. She was sent to an oncologist, according to the surgeon, in the protocol of the oncologist's consultation, lesion was interpreted as atheroma.
