  Postoperative abdominal wall fistul...
#1

A teenager complaining of fluid discharge from a postoperative scar was referred by a surgeon with suspected postoperative fistula of the anterior abdominal wall.

From the anamnesis it is known that the teenager underwent multi-stage surgical treatment for Hirschsprung's disease at the Scientific Surgery Center in one of the CIS countries.

Last year she underwent surgery to remove a stoma from the anterior abdominal wall.
