  After oncosurgery
#1

Teenager after cancer surgery on the abdomen and one hemiscrotum, with suspected scrotal hematoma on the same side was sent for an ultrasound by surgeon.

At US the soft tissue of the hemiscrotum and testicle on the side of surgery is enlarged (unfortunately sonogram with the CFM have not saved). In the projection of the upper pole of the testicle / spermatic cord heteroechoic lesion (hematoma / infiltration / gossypiboma?)
