  Condition after choledochal cyst re...
#1

Infant after surgery - choledochal cyst removal, in epigastric region inserted drainage through which goes blood - assigned to abdominal ultrasound.

At ultrasound in the projection of liver hilum there is a heterogeneous formation an / hypoechoic, without blood flow at CFM, presumably hematoma (files 1-5); in the head of the pancreas, in the projection of the common bile duct visualized an / hypoechoic inclusion, without blood flow at CFM too, presumably hematoma (files 6-7), possibly the same, but combining of that images failed because of the reverberation between them.
