    The child 4 years old with complaints of pain in the scrotum, scrotal edema syndrome and suspected torsion of the testis hydatide.

    Visually the left hemiscrotum is enlarged, pink color.

    At US there is an increase of the head of the epididymis, with increased blood flow at CFM (epididymitis? hyperemia after detorsion?), posterior to the epididymis there is a whirlpool/ snail sign - spermatic cord torsion of about 510 deg.
