Epididymis cysts

    Teenager with previously operated hydatide torsion come to surgeon with palpable solid mass in the upper part of scrotum with no pain and then addressed to US of scrotum.

    At US in the area of mass palpation visualized cyst 9 mm in size in the projection of epididymis head. Also at the other side visualized symmetrical cyst about 3 mm(arrow at file 2).

    Teen after surgical screening aims to ultrasound with diagnosis - spermatic cord cyst.

    On US in the region of the epididymis head there are the cysts (cyst), with septum.
