    Teenager with previously operated hydatide torsion come to surgeon with palpable solid mass in the upper part of scrotum with no pain and then addressed to US of scrotum.

    At US in the area of mass palpation visualized cyst 9 mm in size in the projection of epididymis head. Also at the other side visualized symmetrical cyst about 3 mm(arrow at file 2).
