An infant without complaints came to a public clinic for screening, according to a neurologist, he was healthy, and was referred for a brain ultrasound scan(NSG).

Subconvexital fluid accumulation was revealed on the NSG and further examination in the hospital was recommended, in the hospital the child underwent CT with a diagnosis of subdural hematoma, hematoma was evacuated surgically, and the final diagnosis was chronic subdural hematoma.
