  Testicular hypoplasia, torsion of c...
#1

Teenager after urologist consultation was sent to a re-ultrasonography with a diagnosis of hypoplasia of the right testicle, after surgical downgrading of the right testicle (cryptorchidism).

At the US the right testicle is small in size, especially when compared with the left testicle. In the projection of the epididymis head of the right testicle there are two rounded lesions (cysts / appendages of the epididymis / testis).

Left spermatic cord torsion about of 360 degrees is visualized but blood flow at CFM in the testicle retained.

    Files:

    1 right testicle

2 left testicle for size comparison is presented in the same scale

    3-5 cysts / appendages

6 - torsion of the spermatic cord
