    A 10-year-old child in the ICU of the Children's City Clinical Hospital, an follow-up ultrasound was prescribed after a surgery for ureteral reimplantation (complete duplication of the kidneys, 4 ureters, 2 for each kidney).

    On ultrasound, the kidneys do not looks like duplicated, there is a dilatation of the collecting system on both sides, a small stone in the calyx of the lower third of one kidneys, residual dilatation of the ureters (echograms was not saved), in the bladder there is a rounded echogenic lesion (clot).
