    A 15-year-old teenager was sent for an ultrasound scan of the kidneys.

    In the projection above the upper pole of the left kidney, an oval-shaped solid lesion is visualized, with blood flow on CFM, up to 23x13 mm in size, moving separately from the spleen during respiration (differential diagnosis: adrenal gland lesion, accessory spleen, etc.).

    MRI recommended.
