    The teenager consulted a doctor at the clinic with complaints of increased blood pressure, aimed to ultrasound of the kidneys.

    On ultrasound, both kidneys of increased echogenicity, CMD (cortico-medullary differentiation) are not detected, the left kidney is reduced in size.

    Severe renal failure was suspected, the child was hospitalized.

    Diagnosed (laboratory): CRF (chronic renal failure) 4 st.

    Prescribed treatment: Hemodialysis 3 times a week, Transplantation.
