    Newborn with hydrocele and suspected inguinal hernia was addressed to ultrasound.

    At ultrasound visualized bilateral hydrocele and one of the inguinal canal is open and contains intestinal loops with slowed peristalsis and bloodflow at CFM.

    Diagnosis: Unilateral inguinal hernia, bilateral hydrocele.
