    Teenager 14 years-old on medical examination without complains.

    At US one of the testis has diffusely heterogeneous structure, with blood flow at CFM. I was initially suspected orchitis but the child without complains and as it turned out later according to parents words - earlier this testicle was underwent surgery because of torsion.

    Also lower to right lobe of the thyroid is visualized additional hypoechoic formation (parathyroid gland? LN?).
