In the left kidney on the back contour there are two dents, in the right only one (fetal lobulation?). On the back surface of the left kidney in the parenchyma is visualized single hyperechoic lesion up to 1 mm with the effect of the comet' s tail, at the back surface of the right kidney in the parenchyma is also visualized a single hyperechoic lesion up to 1 mm (cysts? microcalcinates?)
