  Testicular torsion after surgery
#1

Child 10 years-old aims to control ultrasonography after surgery about testicular torsion.

By the words of the parents a child 3 days was in some childrens hospital with redness of the scrotum with a different diagnosis and without ultrasound of the scrotum, at last, after " debriefing" with the hospital chief, child was examined by the surgeon, was done ultrasound with testicular torsion echo-patern and the child was taken to surgery room...

At the current US the testicle on the side of the previous torsion is smaller than the opposite testicle, but with normal echo-patern, hence I concluded that if it was really torsion, then only partial, otherwise the testicle after 3 days of torsion did not so looks like.
