  Cyst but where?

    Patient of retirement age with suspected renal colic.

    On ultrasound in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen is visualized cyst, but there was a question - where? Presumably kidney, but in some views, it is indistinguishable from liver cysts.

    Also the the pancreas with interesting structure, presumably fatty involution.
