    Child 5 months age in the public clinic came for a scheduled examination.

    At ultrasound with color flow mapping: in the middle third of the interatrial septum, an area of staining is visualized with a direction from the left atrium to the right atrium up to 4 mm, in B-mode a defect up to 2 mm is visualized (interatrial communication - differential diagnosis: patent foramen ovale, atrial septum defect).
