#1

A 32-year-old female patient complains of a sensation of a mass in the right anterior part of the neck.

At ultrasound in the right lobe in the anteromedial sections visualizes a single follicle up to 2.8 mm and a predominantly isoechoic node with anechoic inclusions occupying most of the right lobe; on CFM, blood flow is predominantly along the contour, measuring 17 x 19 x 12 mm (Tirads 2-3).
