  Double barrel shotgun sign
#1

A 14-year-old teenager, a couple of months ago, was in the hospital with a diagnosis of exacerbation of chronic gastroduodenitis; follow-up of abdomen ultrasound was recommended.

At ultrasound in the porta hepatis there is a double barrel shotgun sign - common bile duct above portal vein in the porta hepatis, an enlarged choledoch (common bile duct) is clearly visible also in the head of the pancreas.
