    Child 7 years-old at ultrasound screening before school.

    At US posterior to the left lobe visualized 2 intimately located hypoechoic oval lesion (LN?). At the sides of the neck regional lymphadenitis (?).

    Posterior to the right lobe there is a lesion with the structure resembling the thymus (accessory thymus lobe).
