PDA before surgery

Child 9 years-old preparing for the surgery in cardiocenter because of PDA.

By the data of two previous ultrasound of the heart, including from cardiocenter, the PDA to 4 mm with typical presentation - retrograde flow in the PA bifurcation.

At the current US at the PA bifurcation visualized antegrade (blue) additional flow (reverse PDA?).
