Visually anterior abdominal wall with a typical mobile striation - through skin are seen the contour of swollen bowel loops.
At US in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen visualized the appearance of permanent reverb over the front compartment of the liver (free abdominal air?). In the subhepatic area is rendered bowel loop with hyperechoic microscopic inclusions in the projection of bowel wall (bowel pneumatosis?)
