#1

Child 1 y.o. with suspected testis hydatide torsion aims by surgeon from reception department at ultrasound.

At US in the anterior area of corresponding hemiscrotum near the head of the epididymis is visualized heteroechoic round-shape lesion, the type of cyst with thick wall, at CFM without blood flow (hydatide de Morgagni with destruction?), near the testicle is visualized fluid accumulation with septums (pyocele?).
