Foxtrot Echo 5

    Child 3 years old is observed on echocardiography, according to parents at the last echocardiography in one of Moscow child hospital diagnosed PFO. I have not seen this echocardiography result but in the medical card there is a 3 earlier results of echocardiography. In the last two described a defect of secondary septum(ostium secundum) IASD (defect of the PFO region) 4-5 mm and then 3 mm, the very first echo is normal. In the last conclusion of the cardiologist (judging by date probably after last echocardiography in hospital) are two diagnosis: ASD (Q21.1), IAC(interatrial communication) (Q21.1).

    At the current echocardiography: chambers of the heart are not enlarged.

    At CFM: in projection of the primary IA septum(ostium primum) / aortic root/ RCA (right coronary artery) ostium visualized additional flow 5-6 mm in diameter draining to RA (RCAF - right coronary artery fistula? ASD ostium primum?). Vmax 1.7 m/sec.
