A child of 17 years old, on a screening the surgeon found the single lesions on the back surface of both hands, with suspicion of hygromas the child is directed to ultrasound.

According to the child, they had been there for a long time.

On ultrasound in the projection of complaints at rear side of the wrists are visualized lesions of the oval shape, one on each wrist, of a similar echostructure - an / hypoechoic with hyperechoic septa (hygroma?), up to 1.2 cm, on PD without blood flow.
