Parathyroid lesions

Teenager with complaints of hair loss after consultation of the endocrinologist was aimed to ultrasound.

At US posterior to the left lobe visualized oval isoechoic lesions (parathyroid glands? LN? ...)

At CFM with the blood flow.

Recommended consultation of the endocrinologist ...
