  Handle of the LV
#1

The child of 4 years of an elevated food is surveyed, is directed on EchoCG for the first time.

At CFM: in the projection of the moderator band of the RV is visualized the flow about 2mm with Vmax to 2 m/sec (coronary fistula - CF?).

In the middle third of the IVS at CFM in 5ch position there is an additional bidirectional flow going parallel to the IVS, is superimposed on the IVS, to the apex, the "mouth" in the CFM is 5-6 mm, at PW Vmax to 0.6-0.7 m/sec; at B-mode there is a defect in IVS in the region of the " estuary" up to 5 mm in size (CF/IVSD?).
