  Inguino-scrotal hernia		#1

    A newborn with suspected strangulated inguinal-scrotal hernia in the City Children Hospital was sent for an ultrasound.

    On ultrasound, the corresponding half of the scrotum / inguinal canal is filled with a reverberation artifact (air in the intestinal loops), with some movement (peristalsis).
