  MV fistula?
#1

A child of 9 years came to routine echocardiography.

Mitral valve (MV) prolapse 1-2 st (sagging of the anterior leaflet in some apical sections up to 6-7mm).

Two retrograde streams are visualized in the projection of the MV, one in the area of contact of the leaflets (valve insufficiency), the second in the area of the base of the posterior leaflet (fistula?)
