    Child 1 month on a routine screening.

    In the middle third of the IVS additional flow is visualized with the direction from the LV to RV, 1 flow up to 5 mm in size or 2 flows up to 2.5 mm (interventricular septum defect - IVSD? Coronary fistula - CF? Their combination?).
