    The infant was referred for planned neurosonography / brain ultrasound at the public clinic.

    On ultrasound in the projection of the caudothalamic groove, a subependymal cyst (differential diagnosis: subependymal hemorrhage, germinolysis, etc.) with a transmission pulsation from the artery below is visualized.
