Coronary fistula from the left coro...
#1

A 9-year-old child, after examination of a pediatrician in the public clinic, was sent for an echocardiography due to a murmur detected during auscultation of the heart.

At echocardiography with color and spectral doppler mapping: the retrograde flow in the outflow tract of the right ventricle is visualized coming from the projection of the mouth of the left coronary artery (coronary fistula).

At the end of the video, slight regurgitation at the pulmonary valve is also visible.
