#1

A 1-month-old child undergoing routine screening at the public clinic.

On echocardiography in B-mode in the subcostal position in the middle third of the interatrial septum (AS), a double defect (AS fenestration) is visualized, 2 pcs. 3mm each; at CFM mode: in the middle third of the AS in the subcostal position, a double staining area is also visualized with a direction from left atrium (LA) to right (RA), 2 pcs. by 3mm, in apical position

    painting area up to 6mm.
