A 12-year-old child, condition after surgery for cryptorchidism, was referred for an ultrasound of soft tissues by the surgeon due to complaints of a skin lesion in the projection of the postoperative suture.

In the projection of visible to the naked eye linear skin lesion of a dark shade in the projection of the left groin region parallel to the course of the inguinal canal, ultrasound visualizes a solid skin lesion without blood flow on the CFM, measuring up to 28x8x14 mm (differential diagnosis: granuloma, etc.).
