Hyperechoic fat like inclusions in ...
#1

The parents of the infant without complaints came to the public clinic for a routine examination, the pediatrician drew attention to the asymmetry of the scrotum and sent them for an ultrasound scan.

On the day of ultrasound, the scrotum looks symmetrical, in the proximal part of the scrotum, partly with the upper poles of the testicles covering in the the upper medial surface, visualized a symmetric hyperechoic inclusions - like fat (but not mesenteric, not inguinal hernia). In the groin area without features.

On the follow-up ultrasound after 1 month without significant dynamics.

Dif. diagnosis: idiopathic scrotal fat necrosis, spermatic cord lipomatosis, etc.
